Queen Hatshepsut ruled with all the power and authority of a male pharaoh, ruling Egypt for 21 years and having the longest reign of any female ruler in Egypt. Her reign was peaceful, a time when many monuments were erected, however after her death her successor, possibly even her own stepson Thutmose III, attempted to erase all records of her. An effort that proved ultimately futile, for Hatshepsut is still remembered to this day, having defied the tradition that Egypt would have no female Pharaoh.
In addition to the curated features below, the following can be added on for the Hatsepshut package:

Spend 3 hours in the malQata, our beautiful private studio directly above Queen of the Nile. Connect, unwind, and enjoy yourselves to the fullest in the spacious and furnished main room, or step outside onto the balcony to drink, eat, and chat in the sun. A sugaring practitioner will guide all guests through their sugaring experience in the malQata.

Sugaring for the Bride & Bridesmaids
The Queen Hatsepshut sugaring experience includes 1 brazilian, half-legs, and underarms for the Bride, and 1 brazilian and half-legs for each Bridesmaid. The package is for 1 Bride and 4 Bridesmaids. Additional guests add $125 per person. We require that you indicate how many extra guests you will be bringing at the time of booking.

Fine ingredients and presentation is an important part of the royal treatment. We garnish the Hatsepshut Bridal experience with the following:
- 1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries
- 2 charcuterie boards: 1 meat & 1 cheese*
- Crudités & fresh fruit platter

All guests will be provided with specially-designed Queen Of The Nile robes and slippers to wear, should they desire, for the duration of the malQata experience. Guests are welcome to keep their slippers to remember their special day.

The Bride will receive 1 bottle of Queen of the Nile Orange Blossom spray and 1 bottle of Rose Water to commemorate her experience and use to continue nourishing her inner Queen.

We are happy to welcome guests into our family with gift certificates! Brides will receive 50% off and each bridesmaid will receive 25% off when they come in for their next brazilian at Queen of the Nile.
All packages include a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
malQata packages must be booked at least one week in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit of total amount is required at the time of booking. The client will pay the remainder upon arrival at Queen of the Nile.
